Ok So by the title of this you can see I've thrown PC out the door. That is because as of today I am admitting that I have the mental capacity of a grub. Ryan and I were watching family guy and they were giving Peter a citizenship test. Who discovered America they asked. Ryan paused it and looked to me, Well Duh I said... Martin Luther King... DAMN I fail. But I mean come on it's more of a holiday than christopher columbus day is... so it kinda makes sense that I got it wrong right... OH Shut it! let me have my peace.
At least I can cook I made Stuffed Chicken Legs with Bean and pea risotto and a red wine marsala sauce for dinner tonight. And now I'm off to cook Thanksgiving desserts. As long as I can do something right I'm going to stick with my answer that Martin Luther King Discovered America. Because I can have a dream right?

How did we get a way with "discovering" it in the first place... I think a beter word would be invaded... :) But hey if we are throwing PC or any correctness out the window I want to vote for the Irish!! And I want St. Patricks Day as a federal holiday! Any holiday completely associated with drinking is a good one!
