Yay for forgotten promises. So I promised my brother that I would run the Des Moines Half Marathon if he flew in from Houston and ran the full one... How was I supposed to know that 1. He actually would, and 2. he would hold me to my promise. I'm having a heck of a time running three miles without stopping right now so this should be interesting. At least I have about 6 months to get in shape... It's only 13.1 miles right???
